Application:

• Terminations of the type SOT are designed for single- and three-core cables with polymeric insulation ( PVC, XLPE, EPR) with different semi-conductive layers.

Features:

• Quick, easy and safe installation - slip-on technology.
• The material is silicone rubber and EPDM or a combination of both.
• Used both for 12 and for 24 kV, but for different sections.
• Outdoor terminations for 12 and 24kV have small and big sheds
• The electric field is controlled by an integrated special layer of semi-conductive (with a non-linear conductivity) material, which utilizes a combination of refractive and resistive field control.
